OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER, AS OF JUNE 1, 2008. GAME STARTS AT 12:00 AM EASTERN TIME ON JUNE 1, 2008 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM EASTERN TIME ON JUNE 30, 2008.
1. HOW TO ENTER:
This sweepstakes must be enter via the Internet, at www.247PetShop.com, and click on the "Sweepstakes" link. When you click on the link, you will be asked to enter your email address and click "Enter". Then you will be asked to fill out a survey page, (if you have not already done so), and click on the "Enter" button. You may enter once a day. All on-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on JUNE 30, 2008. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. For additional "Bonus Entries" you may send your invite to the sweepstakes to all of your friends. You will receive one additional "Bonus Entry" for every new and valid email address you submit on the "Tell-A-Friend" web page of this sweepstakes. "Bonus Entries" only available to entries received online. Limit of 5 "Bonus Entries" per person per day. Invalid email addresses will void entry.
2. PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize: Marineland Eclipse System 12 Aquarium Kit. (Estimated Retail Value $139.99). Limit one prize per family/household. All prizes will be awarded. Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used herein for identification purposes only.
3. RANDOM DRAWING:
A random drawing will be held within 1 week after the end of the sweepstakes, from all eligible entries received by 247PetShop.com. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of United States 18 years of age and older as of JUNE 1, 2008, except employees of 247PetShop, Inc., its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, persons living in the same household, and the families of each. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
5. GENERAL:
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Potential winner must sign and return any required Winner's Agreement and Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, unless prize is generally unavailable at sweepstakes' end, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
